1. Eligibility for Returns
• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
• Some items, such as blankets, bath & body, perfumes and purses are not eligible for return.

3. Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refund Process
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
5. Exchanges
• If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above, and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund.
